Every electrolyte mix I tried tasted like candy. Way too sweet, a long list of ingredients, and fillers I didn’t need. None of it tasted like it was made for people who actually sweat.
So I started researching. I based the amounts of sodium, magnesium and potassium on recommended daily intake and safe limits, not guesswork. Then I tested batch after batch until the base was right. That became Project 00.
Then came flavor. Lemon-lime was the obvious start. Everyone loves it, including me. I made it for family and friends, and their feedback shaped every batch after that. Then my mom asked for strawberry lemonade, and after that raspberry lime. Those became Projects 02 and 03.
I tracked all of it in a Google Sheet called “Project Electrolyte,” and the name stuck. It’s a business now, but it’s still a project: always testing, always improving, and made with the people who drink it.
No sweeteners. No fillers. No additives. Sodium, magnesium, potassium, and fruit. That’s the whole list.
